WMA TRAINING ON AVAYA® PRODUCTS.....
AVAYA® COMMUNICATION MANAGER, DEFINITY®, AND OTHER INDUSTRY TECHNOLOGY

WMA (Walt Medak & Associates) offers a system administration training class for Avaya^® Communication Manager (x), Definity^®, Audix^® Voicemail and Call Center Design led by Avaya^® and WMA-trained instructors. Classes cover a wide range of features and how-to-use type solutions. The classes are held in Vancouver, Washington. Our training facility is located 15-20 minutes from the Portland International Airport. We believe in hands-on training, and we allow a maximum of only 12 students in each class. Students are provided with documentation to take home with them after the class is completed. Our classes are 4 ½ days long. There is constant interaction between the students and the instructor, and students are encouraged to bring any questions that they have and discuss them in class. It's not just a week of training, but also a whole year of on-going education. Students can have questions answered relating to what they learned in the class at no additional cost for a year after the class!

Our classroom offers 7 Media Servers so our students will have hands-on, reality-based instruction of the latest versions, not just a simulated, virtual PC based method. There is an S8400 Media Server installed in a G650 Media Gateway at all six training workstations and one at the back of the classroom. The classroom also has an S8700 and G250, G350 and G700 Media Gateways installed on racks in the classroom, and are used for demonstration and/or Gateway connectivity training. We still have the classic Definity^® version 9.5 switches at each training workstation as well.

At the end of the week-long training, the students will receive a certificate from Walt Medak & Associates for successful completion of the training course they attend.

Payment Terms:

Thank you for your registration form for our class. Please note that, due to the high demand for our training, WMA cannot complete your reservation until payment is received. In fairness to all applicants, reservations will be made on a first come, first serve basis to students presenting both the registration and payment. Unfortunately, this has become necessary due to an increasing number of applicants who have not submitted timely payment, leaving seats unfilled that could otherwise have been occupied by a disappointed student who was turned away. In the event that a particular class is fully registered, the seats will be assigned according to payment date, with others given the opportunity for seating in a subsequent class date.
