CLASS INFORMATION
AUDIENCE: System administrators with a lot to learn. This class will teach students how to program all types of Avaya switches and servers. The class starts at the beginning assuming the student has very little knowledge of the Avaya products.
During the week they will program and entire switch including: system screens, dial plan, stations, and features. There will be written and programming exercises throughout the week. In addition, there will be discussions about trunking, ARS, vectoring and call center applications. Students will have access to Definity 9.5 switches and several versions of Avaya servers and gateways with the latest software loads. Friday morning will be devoted to Intuity Audix voice mail systems with handouts and feature discussions.
